CALIA
The Brief
A contemporary residence built around a signature stone kitchen and a full-render facade - a home designed to make a statement without ever raising its voice.
The Vibe
Bold and sculptural, softened by considered materiality. Clean lines, quiet confidence, and a palette that lets the architecture do the talking
The Result
A striking family home where the kitchen becomes the stage - anchored by a monolithic stone island that ties the entire living space together and gives the home a natural centre of gravity.
Calia is a study in natural materials - stone, timber, and hand-applied render layered throughout the home to create a palette that feels grounded and warm. Every surface has ben chosen to sit in harmony with the next, tying interior and exterior together in one seamless conversation.
The result is a home with quiet cohesion, where the eye moves easily from room to room, and every finish reinforces the same considered, contemporary language. Now closing in on completion.
